Reserving a Rental Bike

Most of our rentals are done on a walk-in basis: first come, first serve. Our lowest rates are for walk-in rentals, but we also offer guaranteed reservations. Reservations can not be canceled so please do not reserve a bike unless your plans are very firm. Rental payments and reservation fees are not refunded or applied towards merchandise. We may discuss specific bikes with you by e-mail or on the phone but reservations may be made up to four months prior to the start of the rental, so we cannot assure you exactly which individual bike you will get. By the time your rental comes around the initial bike we designated for you may no longer be available due to the amount or type of usage it has been put through in the interim or other reasons. We guarantee that we will provide you with a bike that we judge to be of similar size and the same or better quality than the bike that was listed on the reservation.

You may reserve a bike by phone. We will need to know the following:

• Dates of the rental.
• Type of riding you will do.
• Quality level of bicycle that you would like.
• What category of shoes you will ride in.
• Height of the rider (if you know the size & model of a bike that fits you, please tell us.)
